New Product Line up Lux-Led by bebob – Field Lighting

bebob will reveal its new lighting concept at NAB 2008! bebob is now introducing the first complete LED series for field use – the quick and mobile LED lights – Lux-Led series. The unique Lux-Led series by bebob are the only lights bringing high brightness at low power consumption to the field with the advantage of using normal camera batteries. These LED lights are the first stepless focusable LED lights in the market.
Lux-Led12 - compact - onboard light The first small stepless focusable LED camera head light for handheld cameras (available with Canon, JVC, Panasonic and Sony adapters). Lux-Led16 - flexible - broadcast onboard light The stepless focusable LED camera onboard light for broadcast applications, with the flexible double-articulation system. Lux-Led40 - quick - hand light lighting The quick Lux-Led40 is a hand light with a standard camera battery plate V-Mount (AB and PA are possible). The power of an Anton Bauer Dionic90 allows using the light for more than 2 hours! Lux-Led60 - mobile - stand light The mobile Lux-Led60 light is developed as location lamp on tripods. Also equipped with standard mounting plate it allows using i.e an Anton Bauer Dionic90 it is possible to power use the light for 1,5 hours! The LED Technology is so efficient that the Lux-Led series emits more light than conventional halogen lights at a lower power consumption. The sophisticated arrangement of selected LEDs allows a step less adjustment of the illumination angle. The lights can also be dimmed while the color temperature remains in the daylight range. The dimmer is integrated into the housing. Lux-Led40 - quick - hand light The quick Lux-Led40 is a hand light. The mounting offers the possibility to put the Lux-Led on a lighting tripod. The power of an Anton Bauer Dionic 90 for instance allows using the light for more than 2 hours! The Lux-Led 40 offers as well as a XLR-4 12 to 28V input a V-Mount, Anton Bauer or PAG Battery plate. Lux-Led60 - mobile - stand light The mobile Lux-Led60 light is developed as location lamp on stands. However an optional handle allows the Lux-Led60 also to be used as a hand lamp. With an Anton Bauer Dionic90 i.e. it is possible to power the light for 1,5 hours! The Lux-led 60 offers as well a XLR-4 12to 28V input as a V-Mount, Anton Bauer or PAG Battery plate. A mobile lighting kit with three Lux-Led60 and nano tripods in a flight case or a bag will be available. As for this reason it is possible to support mobile lighting with 40W and 60W lights in the field by either normal broadcast batteries or DC support. Utilizing available camcorder batteries allows quick actions and set ups while limiting the amount of equipment that has to be taken to location. Similar to Lux-Led camera headlights the sophisticated arrangement of selected LEDs allows a step less adjustment of the illumination angle. Print images In hires can be found here: bebob accessories for the Sony HVR-Z7 and S270 bebob introduces the products of the Box-, Lux- and Zoe-Series f or the new Sony HVR-Z7 and S270 Cameras. For both cameras Zoe-dvxl the universal zoom remote control is available. The Zoom control offers the a step less zoom speed control, a record start stop and a focus function. The Camera headlights of the Lux Series Lux-Led-dv and Lux-dv could be powered by an external source such as the Box-VM or in the case of the S270 an AB connector might be possible. The Box-vm solves the problem of powering camera accessories with IDX V-Mount Battery Type Endura 7 or Endura 7S. The Box-hvr is designed for the portable Sony hard disk recorder HVR-DR60. The hard drive recorder is positioned under the camera in a drawer. The drawer has also space for an NPF battery to provide power supply. French Broadcaster France2 and RFO invest into LED camera light The French public broadcaster France2 invests in new cameras due to the 16x9 acquisitions and distribution from April onwards. As a result a decision for new camera equipment for about 90 cameras was taken and bebob LED camera headlights Lux-Led was chosen. France2 invested into 70 Lux-Led (with double articulation system) and 21 LuxLed-dv. As for a similar reason the French broadcaster RFO ( Radio France Outremer) ordered as well 250 Lux-Leds .150 Lux-Led in the broadcast version and 100 LED lights with adapors for HVX200 will be delivered. In the next 12 month RFO will receive HPX500 and HVX200 P2 cameras.
