P+S TECHNIK has presented the SKATER Mini during the CINEC exhibition
in September. This little support system enables to move a camera
(max 30 kg) on a trajectory (predetermined by the user) on a
flat ground. It seems to be an ideal tool for table top cinematography. But it is also helpful when no heavy travelling equipment can be transported – just buying an appropriate plank on location would help. For more info see www.pstechnik.de |








P+S
Technik will be showing a new brand of products at NAB – Las
Vegas between 24-27 of April. The new products include. The new
digital highspeed camera weisscam HS1, new accessories for the
MINI35 and the B4 verison of the new Scope lens. and new accessories
for the SKATER Mini dolly as well as the PL version of the new
Scope lens.
The CinevatorT records negative and positive images directly on
camera negative, intermediate and print film in real time! On print
film, the image, the sound and the subtitles are printed simultaneously.
The
last week of July 2006, 15 camera operators and DoPs from
Europe to Asia met in Munich with Stefan Weiss, DoP and developer
of the Weisscam prototype, to learn about the tips & tricks
of digital highspeed recording and the handling of their brand
new Weisscam HS-1 system.
