The
European Union project has always been an ambitious one.
Politics is a continuous challenge. The European Audiovisual
is no exception and along with the changes and adjustments
that all countries are encouraged to do a general European
policy is required.
Since
its foundation back 1992 ~ IMAGO envisioned that a European
structure would better suit European cinematographers in
years to come. This proved to be right. The institutions
representing the European Union are in fact conceiving all
policies, including those concerning film industry.
